We continue to support the Estonian Centre for International Development (ESTDEV) in carrying out important public procurements from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. The procurements covered a wide range of key areas within development cooperation projects. Our work encompassed the entire procurement cycle—from designing the evaluation criteria and compliance requirements to the conclusion of the contract. Our aim was to reach the contracting stage efficiently and without disputes.

In addition, we carried out all necessary procedural steps in the Public Procurement Register and continue to provide support regarding questions arising during contract performance. We especially value our contribution to the preparation of a high-impact procurement, which can be found here.

ESTDEV implements ICT and cybersecurity projects initiated under international development cooperation, drawing on both public and private sector experience and expertise. Through the framework agreements to be concluded, ESTDEV seeks to engage companies that will contribute to ESTDEV-coordinated projects by developing and implementing innovative ICT and cybersecurity solutions. These may include (either fully or partially) relevant software, applications, technical infrastructure and its components, as well as related or unrelated installation, configuration, training, and advisory services.

Development cooperation is an important part of Estonia’s foreign and security policy. By sharing Estonia’s successful reform experience, development cooperation aims to promote democracy and the rule of law, and to foster inclusive and sustainable economic development in Estonia’s strategic partner countries in the EU’s Eastern Neighbourhood and in Africa.
